Can I test a cosmetic or perfume product and then return it?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Given the nature of the products and the legislation on the marketing of cosmetic products (conform OUG 34/2014 - art. 16), The customer undertakes to return them in perfect condition, unused, untested, with the original seal intact and the packaging undamaged.

How can I find out the indicative aroma of a perfume?

You can get a rough idea about the products with the help of the information on the page of each product. I can cancel / delete the customer account?

Of course, you can cancel your account anytime you want by sending a request from your account. Here's how to proceed:

A link to cancel the account will be displayed in the user account, in the My Account section. By clicking on the Cancel account link, you will be able to send an account cancellation request.

Immediately after the account cancellation request has been sent, you will be disconnected from the account and you will receive an email confirmation that the request has been sent. Your request will be processed in the shortest possible time (maximum 10 days).

Note: if you re-access your account while the request is pending (it has not yet been processed), then the account cancellation request will be automatically deleted from the system and thus will no longer be able to be processed. If you still want to cancel the account, it will be necessary to send a new account cancellation request, following the same steps again.

Yes, for free. If you want a special packaging of the purchased product, write in the additional comments field the products you want packed.

How and why to subscribe to the Newsletter?

You can fill in your e-mail address in the Subscribe to newsletter section or at the end of the order, you have the option to accept or not, by a simple tick, the subscription to the newsletter, in order to receive promotions, news or other announcements commercial. By ticking the box, it is assumed that we have the agreement to send you the information without any other communication to the email address provided in the billing data.
