I. METHOD OF DEVELOPMENT
• participation in the SMART 360° campaign is completely free, it does not include additional or hidden fees
• in order to accumulate cashback and then use the credits, you must have or create a customer account and be authenticated when you place the order. Don't have an account? You can create one here
NOTE: creating a customer account does not oblige you to subscribe to the newsletter. Subscription is optional and is entirely your decision. The data provided are only used to manage the history of orders and the account. You can cancel your account at any time by accessing the "Cancel account" section directly from the menu.
• once the credits start accumulating, they will be visible in the section together with the transaction history

• the credits offered are valid for 4 calendar months, from the moment of granting and can be used for the following purchases in the online store www.12note.ro. The expiry date of each credit will be displayed in your virtual wallet and you will also be informed on the e-mail address related to the customer account, 7 days before their expiry
• you can pay part of the value of the order, using the eligible amount available in the Wallet, and the payment difference will be paid using one of the other available payment methods, or you can pay the entire order, if you have enough credits available. Accumulated and unused credits will not be affected and will remain in your Wallet (for 4 months from the moment of granting)
• credits can be used in the online store on www.12note.ro, on the checkout page, under the selected payment method. The option is displayed only when you have eligible credits in your account for use
NOTE: My Credits section is visible in the account only when you have credits available for use. If you have used all the points but still want to see the transaction history.
NOTE: credits cannot be used for orders placed by phone or via digital messaging services (e.g SMS, Whatsapp, E-mail, etc.)
• credits are granted only for the value of products purchased against cost. Additional fees or those related to delivery (Delivery Fee and Refund Fee) do not receive credits and are not taken into account when using credits. As these are not physical products, they are not part of this campaign

Organizer: Exclusive Gift Shop S.R.L. company, trade name "Parfumeria 12note" (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"), with headquarters in Bucharest, Sector 4, registered at the Commercial Registry - Bucharest with identification number J40/2803/2019 and unique code of registration RO40726453.
The campaign is conducted according to these Regulations, the provisions of which are mandatory for all participants. The organizer reserves the right to modify or change the regulations, with the obligation to announce officially, in the same way as the initial information was made, namely: publishing the changes within this web page.
PARTICIPANT - RIGHTS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
• any person and legal person (unless otherwise specified) with a minimum age of 18 years (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") can participate. Anyone can participate, regardless of nationality, domicile, race, sex or religion, resident in Romania, who buys online at www.12note.ro and complies with the conditions of this regulation to validate their participation
• participation has the value of full acceptance, freely consented and outside of any constraint of the provisions of this regulation. The right to participate belongs exclusively to the participant who meets the conditions imposed by the Regulation. The right to participate in the campaign is canceled if a person provides false, erroneous or inappropriate data or information in the completion of personal data or in the past has caused damages of any kind to the Organizer. By participating in the campaigns, participants implicitly accept the "Terms and Conditions"
III. DURATION AND PERIOD
