GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE CAMPAIGNS

I. THE ORGANIZER AND THE PARTICIPANT

Organizer: Exclusive Gift Shop SRL company, trade name "Parfumeria 12note" (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer") , with headquarters in Bucharest, Sector 4, registered at the Commercial Registry - Bucharest with identification number J40/2803/2019 and unique code of registration RO 40726453.

The campaigns will be conducted according to a Regulation whose provisions are mandatory for all participants. The organizer reserves the right to modify or change the regulation, with the obligation to announce officially, in the same way as the initial information was made, namely: publishing the changes on this web page.

Participant - rights and conditions of participation:

any natural and legal person (unless otherwise specified) with a minimum age of 18 years (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") can participate. Any person can participate regardless of nationality, domicile, race, sex or religion, resident in Romania, who buys online at www.12note.ro and complies with the conditions of this regulation to validate their participation
in "Giveaway" type campaigns, the following cannot participate: legal entities, organizers or their first degree relatives
participation has the value of full acceptance, freely consented and outside of any constraint of the provisions of this regulation. The right to participate belongs exclusively to the participant who meets the conditions imposed by the Regulation. The right to participate in the competition is canceled if a person provides false, erroneous or inappropriate data or information in the completion of personal data or in the past has caused damages of any kind to the Organizer. By participating in the campaigns, participants implicitly accept the " Terms and Conditions "

II. DURATION AND PERIOD

if there are several active campaigns in a certain period, the regulation, duration and period are specified individually, in the right or in a page dedicated to each one. In certain situations, promotional campaigns are not cumulative
it is possible that the regulations of certain campaigns can be found in dedicated and related pages, different from this one
campaigns / promotions within which a specific period is not defined / specified, are considered active for the indefinite period, because they depend on numerous factors that can influence the period of implementation, for example: liquidation of stocks, lack of manufacturer stock, courier services, meteorological factors and other situations that can make delivery impossible
campaigns / promotions in which "valid today" is not specified, are considered active for the respective calendar day with the possibility of being extended for other days as well. The term "valid today" is displayed because they depend on numerous factors that can influence the period of implementation, example: liquidation of stocks, lack of manufacturer stock, courier services, meteorological factors and other situations that can make delivery impossible
discount coupon - coupons can be used by applying them to the shopping cart, at the time of placing orders. Coupons can only be used for online orders, under certain conditions and only during the period specified on each coupon or in the regulations of the campaigns they are part of

III. VENUE

the campaigns will take place online at www.12note.ro (unless another location is specified in the case of certain campaigns)

IV. GENERAL PROCEDURES

during certain campaigns, it is possible that in order to participate it is mandatory to place orders exclusively in the online store on www.12note.ro, during that period orders cannot be taken by phone, Whatsapp, E-mail or other methods.
the products that are part of certain "Campaigns" are generally indicated on the listing page with specific icons, indicative example: , and on the product page the products can be indicated with text and icons of different shapes, indicative example:
some campaigns may also include promotional or discount coupons based on codes, these can be applied in the order placement steps, on the " Shopping cart " or " Checkout " page. Look for the special section where you can apply it and then press the " APPLY CODE " button.

NOTE: it is possible that the effect of "Free delivery" or "0 RON delivery fee" coupons will be visible after choosing the delivery method (on the checkout page). Only after choosing the desired delivery method can the platform take into account the coupon and calculate the final delivery cost.

following the online order, the invoice will be issued based on the data provided by the Participant. The Organizer is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the provision by the Participant of incorrect, incomplete and/or false data at the time of account creation and/or in the order form, at the time of placing the order
in the case of returning the purchased products, regardless of the type of Campaign and regardless of the reason for the return, it is mandatory to comply with the return conditions of the store www.12note.ro
all campaigns, promotions and discounts are offered within the limit of available stock and in certain situations cannot be combined.
certain campaigns may only be available to Participants who have or create a free " Customer Account " within the www.12note.ro store (you can now create a free customer account here)
the organizer reserves the right (in certain situations) to select its customers and to request payment in advance only by OP or Bank Card, of certain orders in areas where there are km. additions, the refund amount is too high or customers who in the past have caused damages of any kind to the Organizer. The organizer can even cancel the shipment of orders in other situations where it is considered necessary and may cause damages of any kind (example: in the case of Participants who in the past did not pick up the ordered products)

V. DELIVERY OF GOODS

the delivery of the ordered products is made according to the delivery terms of the store www.12note.ro
