If you prefer us to place the order for you (by phone/chat), our colleagues are at your disposal through the Order Advice and Processing Service. This service incurs a processing fee and is designed for efficient interaction, being offered within a limit of 5 minutes per interaction (call/chat).
The service prioritizes the processing of your order and covers the additional costs associated with manual processing of orders that require direct intervention from our team (e.g.: manual data entry, additional verifications, extended personalized communication).
In order to meet the 5 minutes processing time, please have the following information at hand:
• phone number where you can be contacted by the courier
The fee applies îin the following situations:
- Telephone orders:If you choose to place an order directly, via phone.
- Orders via Contact Form, Email, SMS or WhatsApp: For orders submitted via contact form, email, text messages or the WhatsApp application.
- Orders via social networks: Includes orders placed via Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok or any other social media platform.
- Other non-standard methods: Any other ordering method that does not involve the direct and autonomous use of our online platform.
