Parcel insurance

You can opt for the additional service "Parcel insurance". Î in case of damage/loss of the package, priority will be given to your notification, directly by 12note.ro.
It is enough to report and document the loss or damage of the package, and in a maximum of 3 working days we send a new identical package with a refund (within the available stock).
If the initial package (damaged or lost) contained products that are not available for sale at the time of reporting the situation, we will do our best (with your consent) to replace it with another product with similar specifications and/or price.
In the event that the initial parcel (the damaged or lost one) is already paid in advance (paid online), after resolving the situation within the legal term (maximum 30 days), the amount paid (products + delivery fee) for the respective parcel (the damaged or lost one) will be returned to you in full.
*NOTE: if you have used and benefited from the "Parcel Insurance" service, the equivalent amount will not be returned.
