WhatsApp Notification Service

Activate the Whatsapp notification service and receive a short and informative message directly in the Whatsapp application, at the key moment when your order enters the preparation phase. By opting for this additional service, you express your desire and agreement to be notified via Whatsapp about the progress of your orders.

The service works differently depending on the payment method chosen:

1. Orders with Cash on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

• What you receive: A Whatsapp message of Confirmation

• Purpose: We notify you before preparing the order, requesting your quick confirmation by email. Once confirmed, the order enters the packaging and shipping process as soon as possible.

2. Orders Paid Online (Card, Bank Transfer)

• What you receive: A Whatsapp message of Processing

• Purpose: We inform you that we have started preparing the order. This means that the products are taken from stock and are to be handed over to the courier or set aside for personal pickup.

Note: The SMS is a notification prior to and additional to the shipment. You will still receive (free of charge) the AWB from the courier (and/or the confirmation of pickup) by email, as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.Then, you will continue to be notified by the courier through their methods (email and/or phone).
