Parcel check (Unavailable for locker delivery)

At 12note.ro you can opt for the additional service "Parcel check on delivery", through which you can open the package, to ensure that you receive the ordered products, in perfect condition.
Important: the “Parcel check on delivery” it cannot also be applied to locker deliveries.
When the order is delivered, you can ask the courier to open the package to check the condition of the products.
If after opening the package, you find that the condition of the product(s) is not good and shows signs of impact, scratches or other aesthetic problems and you consider that the product cannot be used, we recommend that you refuse the order.
In order to refuse the order, you must complete a statement of findings, in the presence of the courier, at the time of delivery. The report can no longer be completed after the courier has left and subsequent complaints cannot be taken into account.
In the case of orders containing several products, if after opening the package(s) upon delivery you find that one of the products is not in good condition and you decide to refuse it, the procedure involves the return of the entire order, implicitly of all delivered products. *If you want to resend a similar order, it should be mentioned that it will be considered as a new order.
If you paid the order online and after opening the parcel you decided to return it, the amount paid online (products + delivery fee) will be returned to the account from which you made the payment, as soon as possible. *It should be noted that the amount equivalent to the "Parcel check on delivery" service will not be refunded, as it is a service that you benefited from and used.
In case of refusal of the package through the "Opening the package upon delivery" service, the transport fee related to the return of the package does not have to be paid by the buyer.
